· Lifetime Support: Free lifetime video technical guidance
2. Service Response & Support We are committed to providing timely support to minimize your business disruption:
· Service Hours: 7×24 hours customer service hotline available
· Response Time: Initial response within 2 hours for urgent issues
· Remote Support: Free video guidance available through our dedicated support platform
3. Repair & Maintenance Services
· Warranty Repairs: All repairs due to manufacturing defects during warranty period are free of charge, including parts and labor
· Post-Warranty Services: After warranty expiration, we offer paid maintenance services with transparent pricing. (Spare Parts: Genuine parts guaranteed with complete supply chain support)
4. Installation & Training
· Comprehensive Training: Free operational training including machine operation, background management system, and basic troubleshooting
5. Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
· Damage caused by improper use, accident, or negligence
· Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
· Consumable parts (such as light bulbs, rubber components)
· Damage due to force majeure events (natural disasters, fire, etc.)
· Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that don't affect functionality
